Happy Reformation Day!

In the midsts of adorable tiny ghosts and goblins begging for candy at your door and spine-tingling tales told 'round a campfire, it's easy to forget that Halloween also shares the day with Reformation Day, when Protestants celebrate the symbolic beginning of the Protestant Reformation. It is on this day in 1517 that Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses on the Wittenburg Church door. The Protestant Reformation laid the foundations for the religious diversity and freedom we experience in the United States, and across the globe, today. So mix it up a little today and wish your friends a Happy Reformation Day!
