The Worth of Volunteers

by Josh Speight, KBF Associate Coordinator

Extreme Build is truly a "Miracle of Partnerships".  This tagline given to KBF's signature mission engagement by KBF Coordinator John Lepper a few years ago succinctly sums up why our ministry partnership through Together For Hope in McCreary County has enjoyed tremendous success.  It is because of the numerous congregations and individuals who invest their time, money, and resources to help a family in McCreary County become a homeowner that Extreme Build has been a "Miracle of Partnerships" since 2006.  Although we do not often publish the numbers associated with such ministry partnerships, I think it is good every once and a while to consider the numerical impact Extreme Build causes not only in McCreary County, but for all of KBF.
