First Baptist Church Fort Thomas is seeking a part-time Children's Minister. This is a new position and will be modified to match the skills of the candidate with the needs of the congregation. We desire a candidate who has a strong desire to build relationships with the community and strengthen relationships with children currently in our program. This candidate will coordinate Sunday morning activities, including preparation throughout the week and maintaining a welcoming presence in the children's area during the week. They will work with our newborns through 5th grade. This position will serve alongside our children's committee, who will help coordinate curriculum event planning, activities, and any other ways that will help support our candidate.

Minister of Students (part-time), First Baptist Church, Frankfort (added November, 2018)
The First Baptist Church of Frankfort, KY, a congregation that has a little over 30 students on attendance rolls, is seeking a Part-Time Minister of Students. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Youth Ministry Team, additional volunteers and staff to promote the spiritual development of our youth. Activities include leading on Wednesdays and Sundays along with special events (retreats, camps, missions), sustain a healthy relationship with families of youth and provide a safe/secure environment for all activities. Other ministry responsibilities will be determined by the Minister of Students’ personal strengths, spiritual gifts, ministry passions, and experiences. The desired candidate will support a ministerial philosophy of working with our youth, volunteers, and staff. Senior Pastor (full-time) First Baptist Church, Frankfort (added November, 2018)
First Baptist Church of Frankfort, KY, seeks an experienced senior pastor called to follow Jesus’ example as a servant leader. Minimum education is a Master of Divinity with a preference given to a person pursuing or possessing a doctorate. Worship Leader (part-time), Midway Baptist Church, Midway, Kentucky (added August, 2018)
Midway Baptist Church of Midway, Kentucky is looking for a part-time Worship Leader. The responsibilities will include: planning and leading our weekly Sunday 8:30am traditional worship service; choosing and leading congregational hymns and songs that engage the congregation and support the reading and preaching of God’s Word; planning and leading our weekly Sunday 10:45am contemporary worship service; choosing contemporary Christian worship songs that engage the congregation and support the reading and preaching of God’s Word, assisting in planning, implementing and leading worship for special events outside of Sunday morning worship services; leading weekly rehearsals during our Sunday school hour (9:45am); modeling and leading heartfelt worship in an invitational style – that draws people in, encourages participation, and points people to Jesus; and, recruiting, auditioning, teaching, and training musicians in the church to serve on our Praise Band. This individual will schedule musicians and singers using the Planning Center software.
This individual is expected to: be gifted in leading congregational worship, possess leadership and organizational skills, and be a team player. This individual does not have to lead a choir. The ability to lead with guitar or other instrument is a plus, but not required. This individual will report to the Senior Pastor and work with the Associate Pastor and Ministry Assistant in worship planning.
