Chris Sanders                               Interim Executive Coordinator

Chris Sanders is a long-time Kentucky Baptist. He's a grandson of a Western Kentucky bi-vocational preacher, son of volunteer missionaries, and a graduate of Georgetown College and Southern Seminary (back in the day).  A practicing lawyer for working people, he serves as chairman of deacons at Ridgewood Baptist in Louisville's South End. He and wife Sharon, a social worker and professor, have three grown children. His younger son is currently serving as a volunteer CBF missioner in Macedonia.

Chris served as CBFKY's interim coordinator for a year in 2014-2015. During that time, he traveled to most of our congregations, preaching on Sunday mornings, speaking on Wednesday nights, meeting with our colleges and seminary, bringing greetings at special events, taking a stand against payday lending at our capital in Frankfort, and connecting new congregations with our network.
