Ride (112), Run (26.2) & Swim (2.4) for a 140.6 Mile Triathlon
You don’t have to complete all the miles in one day
Take as long as you need as long as you finish by July 31, 2020
You may ride, run, and swim anywhere you want. Run in your neighborhood, a park, or on a treadmill. Ride on the roads in your area or on a stationary bike. Finding a place to swim may be difficult these days so if you can’t find a pool or open water, then run, ride, hike, or walk the extra 2.4 miles. Do all 140.6 miles in one day if you are crazy like that, but most of us will choose to break the events up over multiple days. You can complete the miles in any order and you don’t have to finish one event before starting another, for example, you could ride 28 miles on Monday, run about 6.5 miles on Wednesday, and swim 0.6 miles on Friday and repeat for four weeks. Any combination of miles and days will work as long as you complete the 140.6 miles by Monday, July 31. Register by June 14 to get the cool t-shirt. For more information go here: Information.
