Co-Pastor

First Baptist Church on St. Clair in Frankfort, Kentucky, seeks to hire a full-time Co-Pastor. Co-Pastors will share equally in preaching, teaching and pastoral care. Additional responsibilities may include leadership oversight, congregational development, outreach and community engagement, administrative duties, and service in other areas of giftedness.

Minimum of MDiv or MA in Theology or Religion or equivalent.  Five to seven years in a prior ministry role. Leadership experience preferred. 

First Baptist Church, founded in 1816, is a historic, downtown church in the capital city of Kentucky affiliated with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
